Mr. Hutchinson has nearly three decades of experience as a venture capital and private equity investor. He spent two years in investment banking with White, Weld & Co. and the next seventeen years (1976 - 1993) were spent at The Hillman Company, a large private investment company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he was a Vice President and Director. Mr. Hutchinson was also a Managing Partner of the Private Equity Group at Weiss, Peck & Greer. Throughout his career, Mr. Hutchinson has been involved in placing private equity funding for dozens of private companies and has served on the Boards of several dozen private companies. Mr. Hutchinson graduated from Vassar College with an AB degree in Liberal Arts. He graduated from Harvard University with a Masters degree in Business Administration. |
