Steve Bederman joined The Moinian Group in 2004. He leads the acquisition, financing and partnership activities at the company. During his tenure, Moinian has experienced its greatest period of growth: acquiring from 2004 to 2005 approximately 8.5 million square feet of office and residential space, sites for development of more than 5 million square feet, consummated billions of dollars in debt financings and developed strategic partnerships with institutional investors.

Prior to joining the Moinian Group, he was in the private practice of law primarily representing institutional investors and lenders. Mr. Bederman completed his Bachelor of Science in 1975 from University of Wisconsin in Madison. He received his J.D. in 1980 from Brooklyn Law School.
