Dr McClain is a board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and dermatopathology. He received his medical degree from the University of Missouri. He completed residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at the Medical Center of Vermont in Burlington and a dermatopathology fellowship at New York University in New York City. In addition to the practice of dermatopathology, Dr McClain’s interests include pathology informatics, imaging in pathology reports, and wound and burn healing. Prior to establishing McClain Laboratories, Dr McClain was director of the Division of Dermatopathology and director of Pathology Informatics in the Department of Pathology at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Dr McClain has published extensively in his areas of expertise. |
