Steve has worked with FrontStreet as a Principal since 2004 and joins the consulting practice to focus on general fiscal and restructuring matters. Steve spent over 20 years at Texaco where he held senior positions in the Finance, Corporate Development, and Comptrollers Departments. His last position there was Deputy Comptroller of Texaco Inc. where he had responsibility for worldwide internal and external corporate reporting, accounting policy and internal controls. Since leaving Texaco, he served as President and CFO of Texaco Refining and Marketing Inc. where he led the successful sale of this large refining and marketing company to Shell and Saudi Aramco, and he has consulted in restructuring at Dynegy and United Airlines where he was leading the effort to restructure the aircraft fleet financings. |
