Dr. Stephen Yoder focuses on pharmaceutical strategy development and product opportunity assessment. Prior to joining Easton Associates, Dr. Yoder held positions in Corporate Strategic Planning & Policy, New Product Development, and Worldwide Marketing at the global headquarters of Pfizer, Inc. Within Pfizer’s Cardiovascular-Metabolic Disease Therapeutic Area, he served as the commercial team leader and global product development team co-leader for the Torcetrapib/Atorvastatin program during Phase 2 development and worked closely with the Lipitor® Worldwide Team, and supported development of Pfizer’s atherosclerosis portfolio strategy. Earlier, Dr. Yoder spent four years with the Global Healthcare Practice of Arthur D. Little Management Consulting, working with clients drawn from the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical device industries on a broad range of engagements focused on new product development and marketing strategies, portfolio analysis and strategy, due diligences and other opportunity assessments in every major therapeutic area. Dr. Yoder received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Bucknell University, then earned a Medical Degree from the University of Virginia. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and then went on to receive a Masters of Business Administration, with a major in Health Care Management, from the Wharton School. Dr. Yoder has held past clinical teaching appointments as an attending physician at both the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School. |
