Mr. Wener has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dillon since 1980. The Dillon polyester and nylon texturing operations were purchased by the Company on January 1, 2007. He has also been Executive Vice President of American Drawtech Company, Inc. since 1992 and has been a director of New River Industries, Inc. since 1996 and of Titan Textile Canada, Inc. since 1999. He has been a director of the Company since May 2007. On August 1, 2007, Mr. Wener was appointed the Chairman of the Board, and acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company. |
