Mr. O’Neil is a member of CRA’s Finance practice and has more than ten years of economic consulting experience. He specializes in applying financial and economic theory to litigation matters, with a particular focus on complex securities litigation. In securities litigation matters, Mr. O’Neil works on behalf of auditors, companies, directors and officers, and investment banks. In these matters, he works on all phases of the litigation, including class certification, discovery, materiality and causation, per share and total damages, expert report preparation, and deposition and trial support. He has managed securities litigation projects in a variety of industries, including electricity and energy services, consumer and business services, office equipment, healthcare services, precious metals, manufacturing, telecommunications, environmental services, and high technology. |
