Before joining GlobalTouch, Mr. Nelson was a Senior Regional Service Manager of the Western Region at IDT Corporation in Los Angeles, formerly Winstar Communications. He managed all facets of pre-post sales support, project management and Account Management for Large, Media, and Wholesale Markets in the region. Later Mr. Nelson’s region was chosen as one of the first to be awarded the Federal Government Metropolitan Area Acquisition (MAA) contract in Los Angeles, CA. He was then asked to lead the team in Atlanta, GA and Miami, FL. Major Agency Installations included HUD, EEOC, Social Security Administration, US District Courts, BATF, Army Corps of Engineers, NOAA, Atlanta Federal Center, and Regional EEOC offices in Miami. Mr. Nelson has held various other customer support and operational positions at Global Crossing formerly Frontier Communications and AT&T formerly Ameritech. |
