Mr. Green is a founder and the Non-Executive Chairman of NoonMark Advisors, a New York based investment banking firm. Mr. Green is also a Partner in the Private Equity firm of Inter-Atlantic Partners, a New York based Private Equity firm focused on the financial services industry. Mr. Green is the owner of a private investment company called the Mayfair Group. Mr. Green previously held senior management positions in capital markets at Bankers Trust NA and Renaissance Capital. He has held numerous Board positions in companies with which he has been an investor. Mr. Green has focused his efforts on global business development particularly in Europe, the Middle East and Russia.
Mr. Green received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a John Motley Morehead Scholar. He is a Board Member of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Johnston Honors program, The North Shore Land Alliance and St. Paul’s School. |
