Steve is responsible for the overall leadership of Woodruff-Sawyer s Real Estate Practice and serves as senior advisor to the firm's real estate owners, investment advisors, property managers and developers. Prior to joining Woodruff-Sawyer, Steve was practice leader and senior vice president of Marsh & McLennan's San Francisco Real Estate Industry Group. Steve began his career in 1985 with Sedgwick of California and was the business group manager/vice president responsible for the development and ongoing operation of its real estate group. Steve has been a risk management and insurance instructor for the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and serves regularly as a panelist and presenter on issues of insurance and risk management in the real estate industry. Steve earned his M.B.A. from San Francisco State University and his bachelor s degree from the University of Michigan. He has a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation and an Insurance Solicitor License. |
