Director since April 2005 Mr. Freedhoff has been a self-employed financial consultant since 1999, and brings more than 30 years of accounting experience as a partner with a national accounting firm. Mr. Freedhoff is also a member of the Board of CryptoLogic Inc. and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
