Stephen Fraser leads a multi-lingual team of marketing program designers whose collective skills include 1to1, loyalty, CRM, direct and data base, incentive, promotional and mobile marketing. He is directly responsible for Carlson Marketing Canada’s new business, strategic planning, consulting, measurement sciences, creative and e-marketing functions. He has many award-winning program designs to his credit. Since joining Carlson Marketing in 1993, Stephen has been a key contributor to the company’s strategic planning initiatives. He also served for three years as Carlson Marketing Canada’s international liaison, contributing to a global best-practices learning network. Stephen has worked for more than 20 years in the Canadian marketing industry. Before joining Carlson Marketing, he served in a variety of management, sales and creative positions with numerous communications agencies, including Maritz Canada, ICE, Interactive Personalities, and Nelvana Studios. Stephen holds a diploma in classical animation from Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Oakville, Ontario. He is a member of the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA), the Association of the Advancement of Relationship Marketing (AARM), and the Conference Board of Canada, where he helped create the Chief Marketing Executive Council, the first of its kind in Canada. He is also a frequent speaker and author on relationship marketing strategy, with over 100 articles and speaking engagements to his credit, including the design and delivery of numerous executive-level training workshops on the 1to1 marketing strategy. |
