Stephen Donnarumma is the Managing Director in charge of Assured Guaranty Corp.'s Mortgage- and Asset-Backed Securities Group. Mr. Donnarumma joined Assured Guaranty in 1993 as the Chief Underwriting Officer of Assured Guaranty Mortgage Insurance Company. Other positions he has held within the company are Chief Operating Officer, Assured Guaranty Re, Chief Risk Officer for Assured Guaranty Corp. and Chief Operating Officer for Assured Guaranty Mortgage.
Previously, Mr. Donnarumma worked at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (FGIC) as a Vice President, Structured Finance Department. Prior to joining FGIC, he was Director of Credit Risk Analysis, Credit Policy Division of Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae). He began his career as an analyst for Moody’s Investors Service.
Stephen Donnarumma received a M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business at New York University. He has a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
