Mr. Stephen Cloud's primary role as Seefried's regional Vice President for the Washington D.C./Baltimore area entails securing built-to-suit and development opportunities. He maintains an impressive inventory of buildings and tenants, displaying his strong managerial skills, business acumen, dedication and in-depth market knowledge.
Mr. Cloud supervises land acquisition, permit procedures, architectural design, construction and leasing. Since joining Seefried in 2004, he has developed several major projects, including a 220,000 square-foot, three-building project in Dulles, Va. and a 140,000 square-foot call center for Verizon Wireless in Baltimore.
Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Cloud spent nearly a decade as an executive for ProLogis. He was responsible for a 6.33 million square-foot portfolio and oversaw all day-to-day operations, including marketing, development and leasing, in Virginia and Maryland. During this time he acquired 88 acres of land and developed 2.6 million square feet of industrial buildings for ProLogis. He also helped design, implement and manage an aggressive leasing and marketing program that resulted in more than 375 lease transactions totaling 7.8 million square feet.
Previously, Mr. Cloud also worked for CB Commercial in Washington D.C. In that role he leased and sold more than 1.7 million square feet in suburban Maryland through more than 130 transactions. |
