Stephen Chan is a serial entrepreneur with corporate executive management experience and a strong technical background in complex large-scale software systems. Most recently, Stephen was CTO of Xcerla, a startup that developed new billing and settlement systems for the telecommunication industry and the grid computing industry. Stephen has been an early team member of several successful venture-backed startup companies, including Clarify and Daisy Systems, that launched new software categories such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Electronic Design Automation (EDA). Stephen received a B.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern University, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. |
