Steve has 20 years of multi-disciplinary and multi-industry investment banking experience. Always based in New York, Steve's experience has included advising both US and international companies regarding corporate finance and M&A activity, and advising US and international institutional investors (public and private pension funds, endowments, foundations, registered investment advisors and investment partnerships) regarding investments and fund raising activities globally. Prior to joining GTK, Steve was employed at the Institutional Securities Divisions of Lehman Brothers from 2000 to 2006, and of UBS from 1994 to 2000. From 1987 to 1994, Steve was with The Bridgeford Group, a boutique investment bank controlled by the Industrial Bank of Japan. Steve holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children. |
