Stephen Brownback is an associate in the firm's Insurance Practice Group.
His experience includes a range of litigation and insurance issues including premium financing, long-term care insurance, liability coverage disputes and internal investigations. Before joining Drinker Biddle, Stephen's practice primarily involved financing transactions including tax free bonds, municipal finance, education and health care bonds, as well as traditional Article 9 and real estate financings.
Stephen received his bachelor's degree from the Pennsylvania State University in December 1998, with distinction in philosophy and his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2005, cum laude. During law school, Stephen was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board, served on the Student Symposium Editorial Board for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, and was a senior case summary editor for the Environmental Law Digest. Prior to attending law school, Stephen served as a pastor in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. |
