Stephen Brammell is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. In that role, he oversees the company’s legal, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory affairs.
Brammell began his career in private practice with Conner & Winters in Tulsa, Okla., where his focus was corporate law. He joined Holiday Inns, Inc., former parent company of Harrah’s Entertainment, in 1984 as a staff attorney, and between 1984 and 1999, when he was named to his current position, Brammell specialized in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, gaming development and corporate finance.
Brammell received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and his law degree from Georgetown University. |
