Stephen Boccardo has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and technology industries. In his role at PDS, he is responsible for sales, marketing, pricing, and strategic planning. Most recently, Mr. Boccardo was at Liquent, Inc. where he held various roles in sales and executive management. In his role as vice president of sales at Liquent, he was responsible for establishing and growing the U.S. sales force, strategic market planning and program development, channel partner development, OEM partner development, maintaining key account relationships, contract negotiation, and sales force management. Mr. Boccardo’s experience also includes work as vice president of information services for Bio-Pharm Clinical Services (OmniCare), a worldwide clinical research and development organization. He also served as a clinical programming manager at SmithKline Beecham, where he was responsible for supporting the clinical programming process and submitting new drug applications. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Ursinus College and his Masters in Computer Science from Villanova University. |
