Mr. Stallcup's practice focuses on all aspects of the representation of buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate matters, including acquisition, development, financing and leasing matters. Mr. Stallcup's practice also focuses on all aspects of the representation of lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured transactions and multistate transactions. Mr. Stallcup has been a lecturer for the Alabama Law Institute on real estate and leasing issues. Representative Transactions: Represented developer in the $50,000,000 acquisition and redevelopment of the 50-acre site of the Southeast's first indoor shopping mall. Represented national video rental company with its retail leasing nationwide. Represent regional bank with various construction and bank holding company loans. Represented office building developer with the leasing of Alabama's tallest office building. Represent regional brick retailer with acquisition and development of retail sites. Represent national lender in connection with asset-based loans, including a $6,500,000 credit facility to a national staffing company. Represent regional developer with the development and subsequent sale of shopping centers. Represent golf course investor with acquisition and disposition of five Southeastern golf courses. Represent national investors in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of various Southeastern retail shopping centers. Outside the Office: Mr. Stallcup loves to water ski, snow ski and is an avid fan of University of Alabama sports.
