Stephen W. Ruff, CMB, President, CEO and Director has been with the company since its founding in 1989. Prior to the formation of Daisley Ruff Financial Corporation, Steve was with Rothschild Financial Corporation and was responsible for mortgage production in Iowa and Nebraska. Steve’s 35 year career includes extensive experience in real estate sales, commercial real estate lending, mortgage banking and as a principal in ownership of office, retail and apartments. Steve currently serves on the Board of Marine Bank and the University of Northern Iowa Real Estate Advisory Council. He is a past board member of the University of Nebraska-Omaha Real Estate Advisory Board, the Western Heritage Museum and has had involvement in other various community activities. Steve received his CMB designation in 1997 and also holds a Nebraska brokers real estate license. Steve is a native of Montana and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. |
