Stephen W. Manetto, P.E., is a Vice President in the Mechanical Department and the Chief Mechanical Engineer. Mr. Manetto began working with the Company’s predecessor in 1987 as a mechanical engineer after working at Chesapeake Engineers, Ltd. in the Baltimore area as Chief Mechanical Engineer. Mr. Manetto is responsible for overall management of the mechanical department and oversees the mechanical design of all projects. |
