Steve Duggins practices in the General Business Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups in the Chattanooga, Tennessee office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. Steve's diverse employment law practice includes ERISA litigation, representation of employers before the EEOC, defense of employment discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuits, litigation of employment contract disputes, trade secret and non-competition agreement litigation, employee handbook review and drafting, and generally providing advice regarding employment and personnel matters.
In addition to employment matters, Steve has extensive tort litigation experience. Representative examples of the type of cases tried by Steve include assault and battery, premises liability, automobile accidents, product liability and consumer protection claims. Representative clients come from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, wholesale, tourism, transportation, construction and professional service providers.
Steve was previously a law clerk to U.S. District Judge L. Clure Morton.
