Mr. Klaffky is an associate in the Litigation Department at Brown Rudnick, practicing in the area of commercial litigation. He has experience in resolving the procedural issues presented by class action and bankruptcy-related litigation, and has also participated in defending several intellectual property disputes.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Mr. Klaffky was an associate at Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. in Hartford, Connecticut. He also served as a law clerk for the Office of the Attorney General in Hartford, CT, and for the Law Offices of Charles Daum in Washington, D.C.
