Steve was previously a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he spent most of his 14 year investment banking career. At Merrill Lynch, Steve was responsible for executing middle-market merger & acquisition assignments. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Lehman Brothers and for the middle-market investment banking boutique, TM Capital Corp. Steve has a broad array of industry experience with concentrated experience in consumer products and industrial businesses. Prior to beginning his investment banking career, Steve worked for a Latin American scholarship program associated with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Steve is a 1994 cum laude graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. |
