Steve Litman focuses his practice in the areas of tax, estate and business planning, probate and trust administration. Steve formerly was chairman of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Tax, Estate Planning and Probate practice group. He is currently a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Operations, Finance and Compensation Committees.
Steve has lectured at many national and local law institutes, including
The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel; Southern California Tax and Estate Planning Forum; Minnesota Continuing Legal Education; and the Hennepin County Bar Association. Steve is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of its Business Planning Committee, which largely deals with tax and planning issues that impact family businesses, and is also a member of its Insurance Subcommittee. In addition, he has been named among The Best Lawyers in America in the area of trusts and estates.
