Stephen P. Mumblow is the President of Manhan Media, Inc., an investment company in broadcasting and other media concerns. Mr. Mumblow is also a director of the Journal Register Company. Until January 2002, Mr. Mumblow was the President and a Director of Communications Corporation of America, a television and radio broadcasting company, having joined that company in 1998. Mr. Mumblow was a Managing Director of Chase Securities, Inc., an investment banking firm, from March 1988 to August 1998. Prior to that, he was a Vice President of Michigan Energy Resources Company, an intrastate natural gas utility company and cable television and broadcasting concern, and Citibank, N.A., a commercial bank. Mr. Mumblow is a 1977 graduate of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. Degree in Economics.
