Mr. Loomis joined the Company in September 1996 as Vice President of Finance, and has held the positions of Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary since April 1997. Mr. Loomis is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 13 years experience in finance and business development with both publicly traded and privately held companies. From 1993 until joining the Company, he served as Director of Financial Reporting at the Kinko's Inc. group of companies. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Loomis was the Chief Financial Officer for Terminal Data Corporation, a publicly traded high speed document imaging company. Prior to that, Mr. Loomis was with KPMG Peat Marwick Main & Co. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Northridge. |
