Mr. Hines is a co-founder and the Vice Chairman of NoonMark Advisors. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Hines served as a Managing Director at Lane, Berry & Co., managing the New York office. Mr. Hines’ previous experience includes Managing Director and member of the Operating Committee at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, 12-years in the IBD/Mergers & Acquisitions groups at Goldman Sachs and General Partner in various Private Equity partnerships including funds sponsored by the Beacon Group, J.H. Whitney and C.P. Eaton. Mr. Hines heads NoonMark Advisors’ Consumer Group where he has over 25 years of investment banking and private equity investing expertise. He has significant transaction experience in the consumer products, specialty retailing, branded apparel, media, communications and entertainment sectors. Mr. Hines received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. cum laude from Harvard College. |
