Experience
Mr. Giroux concentrates his practice in broad-based corporate law, with an emphasis in banking and financial services. He handles a wide variety of matters including general corporate law and corporate governance, mergers and acquisition transactions, asset sales and purchases, commercial loan facilities and real estate and other transactions, mortgage lending, negotiating and drafting complex agreements. He also provides advice on labor and employment law, and has extensive experience in regulatory and administrative law matters including corporate compliance.
Mr. Giroux’s experience includes serving as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for a NASDAQ listed diversified financial services company and as a Senior Vice President for a major financial institution. He also served nearly four years as Senior Attorney at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
Bar Admissions
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and also is admitted to practice before the United States District courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Giroux is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Civil War and Underground Railroad Museum of Philadelphia and is on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley, Inc. |
