Stephen M. Burt is a managing director of Duff & Phelps, LLC. Mr. Burt specializes in providing merger and acquisition services to sellers of private businesses or public companies divesting divisions and subsidiaries. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 1993, Mr. Burt was a vice president at Harris Bank, which provided merger and acquisition services to middle-market companies. Mr. Burt has a B.S. from Indiana University and an M.B.A. in finance from DePaul University. |
