Stephen M. Ross is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Centerline Holding Company (NYSE:CHC), the parent company of Centerline Capital Group. Mr. Ross is the founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Managing General Partner of The Related Companies, L.P. ("TRCLP"). Mr. Ross began his career working for the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand in Detroit as a tax attorney. Later, he moved to New York, where he worked for two large Wall Street investment banking firms in their real estate and corporate finance departments before founding TRCLP in 1972. Mr. Ross graduated from The University of Michigan School of Business with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and from Wayne State School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. He then received a Master of Law degree in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. Mr. Ross endowed the "Stephen M. Ross School of Business" at The University of Michigan. Mr. Ross is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a trustee of the National Building Museum. Mr. Ross also serves on the Board of Directors of Kerzner International Ltd. (NYSE: KZL), Equinox Holdings, Inc. (an affiliate of TRCLP), the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Jackie Robinson Foundation and the Guggenheim Museum. |
