Stephen M. Perry is a partner in Casner & Edwards’ Litigation and Employment Law areas. He handles a broad range of matters, including employment and ERISA cases, sophisticated business and commercial disputes, and serious personal injury matters. He has been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer® by Boston Magazine, an honor awarded to only five percent of the bar. In the employment law area, Mr. Perry counsels corporations and individuals regarding such matters as employee terminations, sexual harassment investigations, the Family and Medical Leave Act, covenants not to compete, and discrimination claims.
