Stephen M. Lesefko is Vice President, Engineering for Biosite Incorporated. He joined the Company in 1995 and is responsible for leading the Engineering Department as well as the design and development of the quantitative devices and operation of the Pilot Plant. Prior to his current position, Lesefko served as Biosite’s Director of Engineering and was responsible for developing the processing equipment and manual and automated assembly lines used today.
Prior to joining Biosite, Lesefko held various management positions in engineering for several medical device manufactures including B. Braun, Baxter Pharmaseal and Gould Cardiovascular.
Lesefko holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from General Motors Institute and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of LaVerne. |
