Mr. Kovzan has served as NIC's Vice President of Financial Operations and Chief Accounting Officer since September 2000. Mr. Kovzan joined NIC in October 1999 and served as the NIC's Controller until September 2000. Prior to joining NIC, Mr. Kovzan served as a business assurance manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for five years. Mr. Kovzan is a CPA and holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Tulsa and a M.S. in business from the University of Kansas. |
