Member: Fresno County Bar Association (President, 1977); State Bar of California (Executive Committee, Real Estate Section, 1977-1990); Association of Business Trial Lawyers (San Joaquin Chapter, President, 1997). Fellow, American Bar Foundation. Attended Pepperdine University’s Institute for Dispute Resolution; serves on the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Neutrals.
Mr. Blumberg is of counsel at Dowling, Aaron & Keeler, Incorporated. Mr. Blumberg completed Pepperdine University's Course for Dispute Resolution, serves on the American Arbitration Association's Panel of Neutrals, and holds an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell. He is a past President of the Fresno Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers - San Joaquin Valley Chapter. He served on the California State Bar Real Estate Executive Committee, and regularly serves as a Superior Court Settlement Judge Pro Tem.
Mr. Blumberg has authored numerous articles and a book on avoidance of legal malpractice. He has taught and lectured throughout the United States. He is the recent recipient of the Bernie Witkin Lifetime Achievement Award. In his law practice and as an expert witness, Mr. Blumberg has represented and appeared for plaintiffs as well as defendants.
Mr. Blumberg is Chairman and founding member of the Firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution department and provides arbitration and mediation services throughout California. |
