Steve DeGiusti is a general litigator who actively practices in state and federal court. He has a varied background, and has represented individuals, small companies and large corporations. His experience includes litigation in numerous areas of law, including: commercial law, oil & gas pollution, nuisance, premises liability, personal injury, trucking accidents, products liability, debtor-creditor, consumer law, replevin, employment "non-compete" agreements, secured transactions and foreclosure.
