Stephen Powaga is an Associate in the Ocean Tomo Expert Services practice where he has been involved in engagements involving the valuation of intellectual property and the quantification of damages in IP litigation. He has also worked in the corporate finance practice, assisting with M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Mr. Powaga was in the management development program at Northern Trust. While at Northern he gained knowledge of credit and accounting practices. Additionally, Mr. Powaga served as an intern at Lux Capital, a venture capital firm, where he developed skills pertaining to the analysis and valuation of early-stage venture companies.
