K. Stephen Marr has served as Chief Development Officer since January 2006. Mr. Marr served as the Chief Information Officer for the Company from December 2002 through December 2005. Prior to December 2002, Mr. Marr served as Director of Information Systems for the Company since joining P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. in 1997. Prior to 1997, Mr. Marr served as Vice President of Finance for Kona Restaurant Group, Inc. and Director of Operations Analysis for Brinker International, Inc. |
