Steve Stark concentrates his area of practice on patents, trademarks, copyrights and litigation matters. He has prosecuted well over a hundred U.S. and foreign patent applications which span a wide landscape of technologies, including various mechanical, electrical, chemical and business method inventions. Much of his patent work has been focused in the carpet, consumer product, packaging, transportation and medical instrument industries. Additionally, he has assisted clients in obtaining and maintaining hundreds of trademark registrations. He has extensive experience negotiating agreements related to technology. He has been actively involved in the enforcement of clients' intellectual property rights in some situations, as well as defending clients from allegations of misappropriation in other situations.
