Stephen J. Sweet, MD oversees a Physician-Hospital Organization owned jointly by Baystate Health and Greater Springfield IPA. He is a practicing nephrologist, President of Western New England Renal & Transplant Associates and Medical Director of Fresenius Medical Care Dialysis Units of the Greater Pioneer Valley. Dr. Sweet is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Sweet earned his medical degree and completed his residency training at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan followed by a renal fellowship at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, MA. Board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, Dr. Sweet remains actively engaged in clinical practice and lectures on a variety of renal and health care topics. |
