Stephen J. Riccardulli is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. As a member of the Firm's Trial Department and Environmental Group, Stephen focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, including class actions and multi-party mass tort cases.
Stephen has particular experience defending corporations in complex commercial, toxic tort and products liability litigation matters. He also has represented clients in enforcement actions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and various state agencies. He currently represents a multinational petroleum company in a mass tort, product liability multidistrict litigation in the Southern District of New York.
Before joining the Firm, Stephen was an attorney in the Office of the Corporation Counsel for the City of Yonkers. In that role, Stephen represented the City various litigation matters, including land use and enforcement actions with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
During law school, Stephen was an associate on the Pace University Environmental Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York and is a member of the New York State Bar and American Bar Association.
