Steve McMahan serves as Chief Sales Officer with groups including National Champions National Sales Proposal Services Marketing Communications Training and the National Recruiting Center. As President of Kforce's Atlantic Region Steve is also responsible for the general management of field operations in three of our largest U.S. markets Boston New York / New Jersey and Washington D.C. In addition Steve is responsible for Kforce Government Solutions (KGS) which provides IT services for the Federal government. KGS was launched following the acquisition of Pinkerton Computer Consultants Inc. who had built a strong Government Solutions Division.
McMahan joined Kforce in 1979 as a search consultant in Boston. He became branch manager of the Pittsburgh office in 1982 and assumed a similar role in Boston in 1987. He was promoted to managing director in 1995 regional vice president in 1998 and business unit president in 2000.
Prior to joining Kforce McMahan worked at ITEL and IBM Corporation. He earned a bachelor's of arts degree from Boston College in 1976. |
