J. Stephen McAuliffe, III, is a 1988 graduate of the Washington College of Law at American University. He was formerly a law clerk for the Honorable William C. Miller of the Montgomery County Circuit Court and an assistant county attorney for Montgomery County. Mr. McAuliffe’s practice is in general civil litigation with an emphasis in commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in the Trial and Appellate Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Additionally, he acts as outside general counsel for a diverse group of businesses based in Montgomery County, including large, publicly traded corporations.
