Stephen J. Long was named Vice President General Counsel and Secretary effective February 26 2007.
Steve joined Bard in 2000 as Associate General Counsel and since March 2005 has served as Staff Vice President and Associate General Counsel Commercial Law. Prior to joining Bard Steve held a succession of positions of increasing responsibility in corporate law with Warner-Lambert Company. Before that he was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York specializing in mergers and acquisitions securities law and general commercial law.
He received his B.S. from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and received his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University. |
