Mr. Hadwin serves as Executive Vice-President of Ardmore Operations and Vice-President of Manufacturing. He and Dr. Bulard founded IMTEC Swiss Manufacturing, Inc. in 1998, which has become an in-house manufacturing division for the parent company. Mr. Hadwin received his Journeyman Tool & Die papers in 1978 and has been active in manufacturing since 1973. He has manufactured components for the medical device industry since 1988, working exclusively with dental implant design and manufacture since 1994. He previously served as Director of Tooling & Director of Quality for Rosti, Inc., a division of Maersk/A.P. Moller Group. As Engineering Manager for Walker-Wheland, Inc., Mr. Hadwin was responsible for all sales and engineering efforts for the automotive, medical and military contracts. Walker-Wheland is a custom job shop capable of micro manufacturing to large scale machining and fabrication. Mr. Hadwin completed his degree in Industrial Engineering at Southern Illinois University. He was elected to IMTEC’s Board of Directors in 2003. |
