Stephen H. Green joined PetroQuest Energy, Inc. in September 1999 as Business Development Manager. He currently serves as Senior Vice President-Exploration. Mr. Green was previously an officer with Ocean Energy, Inc. where he served as Vice President of Exploration both onshore and offshore Gulf of Mexico region. Prior to Ocean Energy, Mr. Green spent 7 years with Newfield Exploration as a Venture Partner and as an Explorationist. Mr. Green began his oil and gas career with Tenneco Exploration & Production in the offshore Gulf of Mexico region.
Mr. Green earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of South Alabama in 1978 and a Masters of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Louisiana Lafayette in 1980. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist and Society of Exploration Geophysicist.
