Stephen Rickard is an Associate in the Litigation Department. His practice includes commercial litigation and arbitration in a range of areas, including consumer class actions, patent law, employee non-competition agreements, and other contractual disputes.
In addition to his litigation work, Stephen has worked on a number of pro bono matters, including eviction cases before the Boston Housing Court.
Before coming to Foley Hoag LLP, Stephen spent a year as a law clerk to Judge Tauro in the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, assisting on a broad range of civil and criminal matters. In law school, Stephen served as a Senior Note Development Editor of the Boston University Law School, a teaching assistant for an undergraduate class on Communications Law, and a research assistant to Prof. Caruso.
