F. Stephen Wershing, Jr., CFP®, is President and Chief Compliance Officer of Ensemble Financial Services, and is responsible for supervising independent professionals nationwide who are associated with Ensemble. Prior to joining AM&M in 2003, he was Chief Operating Officer of another independent broker-dealer with 250 affiliated Practitioners. Steve is a CFP® practitioner which means he has been authorized by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. to use the certification mark in accordance with the CFP® Board certification and renewal requirements.
An accomplished, in-demand speaker, he has conducted financial planning and investment programs for Federal Express, Hewlett-Packard Co., the University of Rochester, United Way of Greater Rochester and other organizations. He frequently speaks before industry groups. Past engagements have included the Financial Planning Association’s National Broker/Dealer Conference and Investment Advisor Magazine’s Wealth Advisor Summit. Steve is a Rochester Institute of Technology graduate and former member of American Mensa. He serves on the board of the Upstate New York Financial Planning Association and and is a member of the Henrietta (NY) Board of Assessment Review. He is a former director of the Pittsford Volunteer Ambulance and MedEvent, its special events medical team. He and his family live in Henrietta, New York. |
