Stephen F. Reeves has served as Vice President - Finance for the global power tools and accessories business since April 2000. From December 1996 to January 2000 Mr. Reeves was the Corporation’s Vice President and Controller and served as Vice President - Finance and Strategic Planning for several months until being named to his current position.
From 1981 until May 1994 when he joined Black & Decker Mr. Reeves was with Ernst & Young LLP in Baltimore where he specialized in providing accounting and auditing services to multinational manufacturing clients.
Mr. Reeves is a member of the Financial Executives Institute the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past member of the Financial Executives Institute’s Committee on Corporate Reporting.
